Plaintiffs Patricia Hooper and Josephine Vaughan (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this class that is putative against Defendant Advance America, money Advance Centers of Missouri, Inc. (“Advance”), alleging violations for the Missouri Merchandising procedures Act and Missouri’s pay day loan statute.
